MEET OUR TEAM

Craig Alaimo is the Owner of Country Village Assisted Living, located in Casco, Maine. Craig attended the University of New Hampshire, Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  He is licensed as a Multi-Level Healthcare Administrator in Maine and holds a Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Massachusetts and Vermont.  

Craig began his career in Senior Care at age 18 when he began volunteering at a Nursing Home in Dover, NH next to the high school he attended. Soon after, he began a summer job as a Dietary Helper at the York Senior Center in York, ME.  During college, Craig began his first internship at The Edgewood Centre located in Portsmouth, NH and it is here that Craig gained valuable knowledge on the operational portion of senior care and worked on various projects for the home, along with being active in the activity program.  

After graduating from UNH, Craig started an Administrator-In-Training program and after completion became a Nursing Home Administrator for Genesis Healthcare.  As a Nursing Home Administrator for Genesis Healthcare at nursing homes in MA, ME, and VT, Craig built the foundation on which he bases his knowledge today.  

In Spring of 2018, Craig became the Owner of Country Village Assisted Living in Casco, ME, a provider of Assisted Living services in the Sebago Lakes Region of Maine and a home that he continues to proudly own to this day.  

In 2023, Craig created Trillium Group that has built and manages his portfolio of Commercial Real Estate Assets, Assisted Living Operations, Residential Travel Nurse & Professional Home Rentals, and Ownership in companies that fuel him to continue investing in our local workforce and community to the present day.
